All shipments will be sent HOLD FOR PICK UP to your local Fedex hub.  Sorry, 3rd party Fedex shippers cannot be used as we can't guarantee the animal's well-being at their facility.  When receiving your shipment at Fedex, you'll be asked to sign for the delivery.  If the package arrives late please keep us in the loop and email us updates at beautifuldragonsrescue@yahoo.com. 

If the worst thing happens and your animal arrives DOA, please notify us via email within 2 hours of pick up.  We always guarantee our shipments to arrive alive, but unfortunately we have to be ready to handle the worst situations.  We will refund the price of the animal, minus the cost of shipping, within 48 hours, for DOA.  Fedex does not guarantee their overnight packages anymore (since Covid) and we won't get a refund from Fedex, but we will still refund your money, even at our loss, because its the right thing to do.  To be eligible for a refund you must contact us within 2 hours of picking up your delivery, no exceptions.
